1. On Sunday morning, I was enjoying my coffee, croissant and newspaper when I heard someone knocking on the front door. There were some Great Tits, one of them pecking at one of the flower pots. Right, it's time to hang the bird feeder! Here it is. According to the tweets, it became immediately very popular. More photos coming soon.
2. Yes, autumn is closing in - and it's so pretty.
3. I love browsing catalogues... you know, those old-fashioned, printed ones. In autumn they look especially attractive. This is where my son buys his shirts:
4. The correspondent of My Woodland Garden in Italy has sent some photos. The sunrises are beautiful there too. Plus soon you can grow your own olives in Northern Italy as well. :)

5. ♫ Christmas Eve is coming soon ♫... and the first pair of woollen socks is getting ready. I make mainly rather simple ones, while watching TV.
Sharing with Amy's Five on Friday
and wishing you all a great weekend!

Second: The Windows 10 lock screen image was today particularly beautiful as well. The Temple of Saturn is one of the most fascinating sites I know. Thank you, Microsoft! :)

Ei ole syksyn tunnelman voittanutta ! (No paitsi joulutunnelma tietenkin :) Ihanat kuvat.
VastaaPoistaIf I were a little bird I would make that cute cottage my new home :)
Ihanat kuvat! Mukavaa viikonloppua.
VastaaPoistaLovely little birdhouse-I'm sure the birds appreciate it! The autumn scenes are lovely with the great colors. I can crochet and tried to teach myself to knit several times, but it just didn't sink in :(
VastaaPoistaBeautiful! I can feel autumn in the air! The birds will certainly appreciate such a sweet place to dine and those knitted socks look very cozy! Best wishes for a happy weekend. x Karen
VastaaPoistaWhat a cute little birdhouse feeder!
VastaaPoistaSuloinen lintukoto ja niin kauniit kuvat.
VastaaPoistaThe new bird feeder is so cute! And it sounds like the birds are loving it. Your autumn pictures are really lovely, as are the shots from Italy also.
VastaaPoistaThanks for sharing your gorgeous photos! I admire your skill...and your skill in sock making, too! Happy Weekend!
VastaaPoistaBeautiful bird feeder. I really enjoyed seeing your Autumn photos and a glimpse from Italy too. I like to browse Autumn catalogues they can be quite inspirational.
VastaaPoistaHow cute! What a fun bird feeder, I'm sure the birds will love it. Great photos as always. :-)

I'm not surprised the birds loved your new feeder! It's so pretty and bright! I loved seeing autumnal photos from your part of the world and from Italy!
VastaaPoistaYes autumn is here and your photos are stunning of it. Wish I was with you on Christmas eve, those socks, simple or not look warming x
VastaaPoistaBeautiful pictures. I love your birdhouse. Glad the birds enjoyed their new feeder.
VastaaPoistaHappy Five on Friday
What an adorable birdhouse, very welcoming appearance for the birds. We are up north for our Canadian Thanksgiving and I could sit by the window all day looking at the fall leaf colours on the ski hill up the road. My daughter said deer often wander on their street and I''m wondering about an encounter while walking Topaz early in the morning. Could be interesting!
VastaaPoistaMy mother knit all of my father's socks but I didn't pick up her talent, yours look quite comfy even in the early stage.
Have a good weekend Sara. xx
Some beautiful photos. I'm like you. The sock knitting season has started. Have a great weekend :) B
VastaaPoistaAdorable little bird feeder! Autumn is moving slowly where I live, but it is hinting! Love the colors of fall you found. I knit a little and have never tried socks ... you go!!!! Happy Friday!
VastaaPoistaTotta, postimyyntikuvastojen selaaminen on juuri syksyisin ihan parasta!
Upeaa syksyn aikaa!
VastaaPoistaThe bird feeder is so cute ♥

Voi miten sulkku lintujen ruokintamökki. Minäkin tahtoisin tuollaisen! Kauniit harmaat villasukat. Onpa poikasi tyylikäs! Ikävää miten vähän noita paperikuvastoja enää saa, rakastin niitä aikoinaan. Minä olen jo ihan jouluttelufiiliksissä täällä :)
VastaaPoistaHei!
Toistaiseksi on kestänyt ihan hyvin.
That's a very cute feeder! The little birds in my yard like are quite vocal when they're hungry too ... good thing because I sometimes neglect to fill the feeder in time. Lovely images of fall both in this post and the previous post. You live in a beautiful area. Those socks look lovely and warm, socks is something I still have to try. Happy weekend!
VastaaPoistaWendy
Kiitos kauniista kuvista! Söpö lintulauta;-)) Hyvää viikonloppua
VastaaPoistaBeautiful and lovely! We have an old bird feeder on the almond tree. I think I will renovate it a bit. :) Have a lovely weekend!
VastaaPoistaEdit
I knitted a pair of socks for my husband (ex) years ago. I didn't know about checking the gauge, and they came up to his knees. Haven't tried knitting since.
VastaaPoistaSuch a sweet little bird feeder. Autumn is looking lovely around the world ... except here in the desert where everything looks pretty much the same most of the time.
VastaaPoistaThe bird feeder is so cute. I have quite a few bird feeders and go through bird seed like crazy. Your autumn photos are great. I do not knit but do a lot of embroidering and some crocheting (the granny square)of afghans. I really enjoyed this post very much. Have a blessed day and a wonderful weekend. Madeline
VastaaPoistaThat is such a cute bird feeder, lovely to see.
VastaaPoistaThank you for once again sharing some amazing photographs.
Enjoy your weekend
All the best Jan
Totta, minunkin tulisi kohta kaivaa lintulaudat esille!
PoistaPostaathan taas pian tunnelmallisia luontokuviasi! <3
More amazing images. I love your photos Sara.
VastaaPoistaWhat a beautiful little bird feeder. I have never seen one like this before and I love it!! Great idea knitted socks for Christmas gifts.
Have a brilliant week and weekend :)x
Bird feeder is awesome! I also love first pair of socks you made ♥♥♥
VastaaPoistaThank you for sharing these images! They made my heart warmer and happier ♥♥♥ I love Autumn in details like you capture in each time♥
