Back to Kew Gardens! During my stay at the end of July, the warm weather continued to dry out the soil. As you can see also in these images, the lawns were brown... but both the mopheads and the lacecaps were blooming prettily as ever. :)
The day was cloudy and pleasantly cool - unfortunately the photos are a little bit grey.
Hei ja tässä postauksessa taas kuvia Kuninkaallisesta Kasvitieteellisestä Puutarhasta. Sää oli vierailupäivänämme harmaa ja niinpä hortensiat loistivat iloisina väripilkkuina.

Kew Gardens are surely one of Britain’s greatest treasures. When you read of its long and storied past you cannot help but admire the research that has been done there, completely aside from the sheer pleasure it gives to so many visitors.
VastaaPoistaOh my!Just wonderful...Hugs,dear Sara.

VastaaPoistaMy lawn looks like that too, this year! No! Worse!
VastaaPoistaI am sure Kew Gardens used a lot of water otherwise the Hydrangeas wouldn't look that good.
Kerrassaan upeat hortensiat.
VastaaPoistaOi miten upeita kuvia, niin kauniita❤️ Että kukat voivatkin olla ihania, voisipa niitä ihailla ympäri vuoden:) Kauniita syyspäiviä sinne❤️
VastaaPoistaOh Sara, as always your photos are so beautiful. I have never visited Kew Gardens but it's on my list! Thank you for such lovely tours.
VastaaPoistaSuch pretty flower photos, Sara. The purple and pink hydrangeas are gorgeous. Wouldn't it be nice to have a big vase of those in your home? I liked your recent post as well, and the bench picture is so charming. That tree trunk is HUGE! Always appreciate your wonderful photos, Sara.
VastaaPoistaHappy Autumn!

How lovely, Sara. I've enjoyed this post and the next. Usually I adore flowers but I kept thinking that the next post, with its many shades of green, had a special kind of beauty.
