Good morning!

Hyvää lauantaihuomenta! Sää on kyllä harmaa. Voisi aurinko edes joskus pilkahtaa, että syksyn väreistä voisi nauttia oikein kunnolla. :)

Do you notice anything funny in these two photos?

"All that unreachable beauty" was the working title of this post. With the foggy weather we have in these days, you can see spider webs (and they seem to be many) glistening with water droplets. I haven't been able to capture the beauty of these little diamonds in a photo... but I'm working on it. :)

I have this thing with all things green... including parsley, chives, dill, cucumber...

And every year I photograph my winter heathers through the window...

Have a lovely weekend! Ihanaa viikonloppua!

  1. Syksyisen raikasta 🍁 Ihastuttavaa.

  9. Love dew covered spider webs!!!!

the "funny" thing, is that a make believe mushroom???????

    1. Thank you, Luna!
The mushroom is real (we ate it in the same evening I took these photos), but it's the same mushroom in both photos. It was so pretty I wanted to take several photos of it. The moss (in the second photo) grows under some big spruces and porcini do grow there, but I don't usually manage to take good photos of them, because our squirrels eat them promptly. :) Perhaps that is why they are so cute and perky.

  11. There are so many beauties here and in your previous posts!
Your breakfast looks very delicious and healthy.
The spider webs with the "diamonds" are magically beautiful! And your fabulous lakeside! I love your photos of it. It’s weird for me to see the trees in their autumn dress… They are still mostly green here.
That mushroom and the berries look too perfect to be real! :D
I wish you a wonderful, happy October! Lots of big hugs! ♥

Kauniisti olet saanut seittien pisarakimmellyksen kuvattua! Toivotaan auringon pilkahdusta, hyvää sunnuntaita!

      Mukavaa uutta viikkoa!

  26. Your cucumber sandwiches look good. We just had them at Jess' baby shower this weekend. Fall is starting to show around your neck of the woods. It's beautiful where you live. The leaves are starting to change here, slowly, but surely. The purple flowers are lovely, and flowers are even prettier with a few drops of water on them.
