Green and white...

... in Italy. Some shots, taken on the way to work, of fields and trees greening up in the Bassa Padana (Lower Po Valley). Such a blissful time!

Wishing you a lucky new week! :)

♥ Thank you all for your lovely comments!
Lately I have less time for fun than in the last months,
but I'll try to visit you as soon as I can. ♥

    1. Thank you, Cathy! There are different species of poplars in several photos. The old, beautiful one should be a Populus nigra.
Wishing you a happy new week!

  13. Living in the tropics, it is sheer bliss to view your scenes of 'green'. Then add in spring blossom and my day is off to a delightful start, especially as I've had to watch heavy storm clouds decide to drop their precious cargo elsewhere.

  14. All the green fields and trees...it definitely is a colour to lift the spirits. We noticed how inspiring the gradual addition of more green in the landscape on our drive to Florida was, sure beat a bland white pallet.

  16. Minäkin haluan Italiaan, ihan just nyt! Kaunista, rehevää ja vihreää! Mikä olisikaan kauniimpi aamu, kuin juoda kahvia noiden puiden alla ja nauttia vain olostaan. Ilma tuoksuu varmaan raikkaalle!

  18. You have the gift of being able to capture the beauty that nature provides ... and then making them even more beautiful with your presentation. The collages are wonderful and I love all of the pictures, especially the one with the grass ... it just seems to say all there is to say about our wonderful green world. Really lovely, Sara ...

    1. Thank you, Sallie!
The label says it's a Helleborus orientalis... and it also says the flower should be purplish. :)
