Happy weekend!

When I woke up this morning, the temperature was -18 °C (-0.4 °F).

I went out to take some fun photos of these blocks of snow, removed from the lawn next to the house...

... when I noticed there were also other interesting things to see.

Seeing our spring views, you can understand why this weekend's garden show is held indoors  - even though Helsinki is located in southern Finland, on the shore of the Baltic See. :)

This is the final week of Sunlit Sunday

Thank you so much, Karen, for hosting this lovely link party!

I will catch up with your posts as soon as I can!

Happy Sunday!

Happy spring!

  3. These are such pretty photos of the frost Sara. I'm sorry it is so cold at night there. We just got over that the other day too as the past few have been milder although I expect we aren't done with winter weather yet. Blessings. Pam

  4. Hello Sarah,
I can imagine that you not wait for this cild and snow and it certainly is not nice for your garden.
But for me as a Dutchman, where not much snow falls more, it delivers beautiful pictures!
I wish you a nice weekend!
Comforted by the fact that here is no spring weather, it is cold and rainy.

    With love,
    Gerry

  6. Todella kauniit kuvat, mutta en haluaisi enää kylmiä öitä enkä lisää lunta. Mukavaa viikonloppua!

  7. There's nothing prettier than hoar frost and you've captured some beautiful examples. Gosh, it is still quite cold for you but there's nothing like a gardening show to motivate one for spring.
If you don't find WiFi in time to link to MM, I think I'm able to put your link up if you like - I'm willing to try.
Have fun this weekend, can't wait to see your photos Sara.

  16. Hello, Sara

Going to a garden show will let you think of warmer days ahead. Although, these frostly photos are very beautiful as the cold decorates the branches. Thank you for joining in with Sunlit Sunday this year!
